We currently do not accept reservations and are a "first come, first serve" location. We have a large seating section that can accommodate up to 10 people. Any other seating will be split between tables in the main dining, we ask that you do not move tables and chairs.

About the owner
Founded and designed by seasoned bartender and creative force Timmie Hoffman, Pinky Promise is more than a bar—it’s an experience. Hoffman has bartended and consulted across the country, collaborating with Michelin-starred chefs, supporting entrepreneurs in building their visions, and winning multiple cocktail competitions. She was part of the opening team at Happy Accidents—a nationally acclaimed bar that went on to win Best New U.S. Cocktail Bar and Best Bar Team—while also earning recognition as one of the World Class Top 100 bartenders.
